CONTROLLER
LIGHT SENSOR 1
LIGHT SENSOR 2
PLACEMENT
attached to glass window
LIGHT SOURCES
natural light (bright and twilight)
SAMPLE SOURCES
water bass-tending ambient field recordings
PHYSICAL VARIABLES
relative earth / sun position + local weather + local architecture
EFFECT ON SOUND
volume (silent when dark), tuning, panning volume (silent when dark), tuning, panning, sample lenght, ressonance frequency
FRUITION
contemplating: soundscape changing as slowly as daylight

         NOTE:
In Lisa, behaviour-mapping tables convert in-coming MIDI into a wider range of values responsible for the audio processing (127-range ascends to 512-range). MIDI provided by LIGHT SENSORS 1 and 2 tends to oscillate little and slowly during the day and fastly by twillight. On the edge, sound turns into some gradually-changing rapid percussion, which is programmed to decrease volume until silence. There is no similar segment in the present audio file. At this point of day-lightening, the on-site sensor calibration also determines an overlap with those other samples triggered by LIGHT SENSOR 3 and controlled by LIGHT SENSOR 4.
